| Cancellation Policy |
| You may cancel your reservation (“Late cancellation Period”) before Two (02) Weeks / Fourteen (14) Days of your arrival date and before exceed Fourteen (14) days from the time of your reservation maid . You will be refunded 50% of your GOR (Guarantee Of Reservation). To refund 50% of GOR, two (02) to three (03) weeks time will be taken by Alpine Hotel (Pvt) Ltd.
If you cancel less than two (02) Weeks / 14 days, your GOR will not be refunded. |
| No-Show Policy |
| In an event of a No-Show committed by you, your GOR will not be refunded. |
| Modification Policy |
| A guest can modify or change the reservation made by him/her, including dates, room category and/or number of rooms, at no cost. Provided, that the said modification is made before the beginning of the “Late Modification period”. Which is exactly 14 Days (2 Weeks) from the date of your booking.
Note: If paid GOR is greater than the total room cost, then we will not be refunded the balance amount. You may use the balance to purchase foods or any other extra service by us. |
| Child Policy |
| Children aged seven (7) and above will be entertained and charged as adults. Children aged six (6) and below will be entertained Free of Charge when accompanied by the Parent/Guardian. |
| Scope of Terms |
| These terms govern all reservations made through the Alpine Hotel website. |
| Acceptance |
| You have agreed to these terms and regulations on behalf of all members of your group/party and take sole responsibility of the said booking. |
| GOR – Guarantee Of Reservation |
| The GOR is the payment of 10% of the total Room Charges on confirmation. The GOR will be debited from your credit / debit card when you click “I agree” button. In paying the GOR, you will enter into a legal and valid contract with us, subject to these terms of reservation. |
| Reservation confirmation |
| The reservation will be processed and confirmed within 24 hours (One Day) by us. We advise you to print your “AlertPay” transaction details for your records. |
| Conditions of modifying a reservation |
| You may modify your reservation through the Alpine Hotel website 24/7, subject to our modification policy as stated above. The GOR is fixed at the first instance of your reservation confirmation. Modifications made to your reservation, irrespective of any changes in dates, room types and/or number of nights, are not subject to additional advance payment. The full total of the modified reservation minus the GOR already paid, including any extras, applicable taxes and other charges, should be settled at the Hotel |
| Conditions of Canceling a Reservation |
| You may cancel your reservation directly through the Alpine Hotel website 24/7, subject to our Cancellation and No Show policies as stated on the respective Policy section. |
| Conditions of No-show Occurrence |
| In the event that you do not arrive on the specified date and time in the booking, you will have committed a “No-Show”. |
| Hotel Responsibility |
| Your contract for the room service is strictly with the Alpine Hotel. We are solely responsible for providing you the room(s) and related services reserved by you. |
| Secure Payment Process |
| The online payment processing is securely facilitated by our online payment partner AlertPay Inc. in Canada |
| No Liability |
| Neither we nor our payment partners, nor any of our Chairman, Directors, employees, affiliates or other official representatives, will be liable for loss or damages occurring out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, even if we, have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. |
| Financial Liability Limitation |
| In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, the liability to us (Alpine Hotel), if any, and is limited to the GOR paid at the time of the reservation. |
| Governing Law |
| The laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka govern the use of this Web Site and you irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. Alpine Hotel (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to bring proceedings against you in the country of your residence. |
| Privacy |
| This is the Reservation System of the Alpine Hotel. For any further clarification, we can be reached via our email address – alpineeco@sltnet.lk No personal information regarding the domain or email address of the visitor, will be automatically stored for later retrieval or the sort. We collect the necessary contact information from the guest in order to secure a reservation made at our website. This information will only be used to process and facilitate the reservation process. It will not, under any circumstances, shared with other organizations for any purpose whatsoever.
